Pat Gaynor B.Sc, MBA, Lic. Acu., initially studied Biotechnology and Biochemistry. He is teh founder of The Wellwood Centre, a purpose built holistic centre in rural Carlow. With a range of therapists and practitioners on-site, the centre offers a range of classes, workshops and therapies. You can book in for acupuncture, counselling, psychotherapy, herbal medicine, iridology, craniosacral therapy and more. There are also a number on ongoing classes at the centre, such as yoga, pregnancy yoga, mindfulness, healthy cookery demonstrations (mainly vegetarian & vegan cooking), etc. The centre sits on a private, secluded 8.5 acre site in Wells, Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow, The Wellwood Centre is approximately 20 minutes from Carlow or Kilkenny.
